“Five Minutes of Fame”

Posted by: webmaster on Friday July 13, 2012 (11:49:59)
Session 6

Topic: “Five Minutes of Fame”

This session was aimed at giving women in The Groove forum the opportunity to present themselves and their backgrounds. Not everyone present was expected to speak but those who did took the time to give some background on how they had gotten to where they are today, present any business they wanted to promote and be able to share with the group. This allowed other members of the forum to better know other participants and further develop their network. Many members who presented distributed business cards, showed samples of their work and exchanged ideas for further developing their business with other attendees.
